Glowing Skin in 20 Minutes? I Tried This Clean Beauty Face Mask From Paris

I picked up a few skincare goodies — and one included this clean beauty face mask that immediately stood out called Peau Neuve Mask or New Skin Mask from Seasonly, a clean French skincare brand known for minimalist formulas with results. I’d never tried a gel-to-oil face mask before, and this one promised gentle exfoliation using 99% natural ingredients like pomegranate and passionfruit enzymes. I’m a longtime user of clean, natural products that don’t just sound good on the label — they actually perform. This one truly lives up to its promise, delivering gentle exfoliation and a visible glow without any harshness or unnecessary filler.

Packaging is modern, minimal and thoughtful, highlighting key points like “clean and vegan” and “nourish and glow”. The mask is in a sleek, frosted glass jar — very on-brand for French skincare. The reveal is a vibrant orange tinted mask that exudes a luxuriously-rich vibe. Not much scent, no plastic seal to wrestle with and a very necessary application wand is a great finishing touch.

At first touch, it feels like a smooth, dense gel very much like aloe (at the time of writing there is no aloe included). As you massage it into dry skin, it transforms into a light oil — really satisfying and easy to spread. No stickiness, no harsh grit — just a slick, nourishing texture.

This is why it’s becoming my favorite enzyme face mask — it feels like skincare and self-care.

‣ Application: Simple & Mess-Free

It has a soft, silky texture that smooths easily over the face, with just enough grip to stay put — very gel-like. I used the provided wand to apply it, then massaged it in with my hands. There’s no immediate sensation — no irritation, tingling, cooling, or dryness — which makes it easy to forget it’s even on. With its soothing feel, a light layer can easily be a set-it-and-forget-it step in your clean beauty face mask routine.

After about 20 minutes, it rinsed off cleanly with warm water. Just a few splashes activate the oil-to-water transformation, making it easy to remove without a cloth. A gentle pat dry leaves behind no greasy residue and no dryness — just clean, comfortable skin.

Right after rinsing, my skin immediately felt softer, nourished, and noticeably refreshed — like it had just come back from a mini reset.
